How to host a fundraiser in three easy steps:

Register:

Ready to host a fundraiser selling Audrey's Pumpkin & Gourmet Cake Rolls, our jumbo cinnamon rolls, mini cinnamon rolls, or muffins? Click the button below to fill out the Fundraiser Agreement Form. This form is simply a way for you to register with Audrey’s for your Fundraiser. Once your form is submitted, you will be notified when your organization page is ready to take orders!

Sell:

We have some great stories over the years of sports teams, non-profits, and churches all selling for a fundraiser and tallying up items on paper, but we are excited to also be offering fundraising sales online for no extra fee! Your fundraisers can now either collect cash/check and make a list of sales, or direct them to your personalized website to purchase the rolls for your fundraiser! Your personalized website will include:

  • Your organization’s name and logo

  • A narrative about your organization

  • Information on the date and location for customers to pick up their order at the fundraiser pick up location specified in the agreement form

  • A convenient online store for customers to purchase your items

Deliver & Enjoy:

Upon registering your fundraiser you will select a date and time for pick-up/drop-off of the rolls for your fundraiser (you will also get a list of purchased rolls from the online portal). Your fundraising team is responsible for coordinating the pickup/delivery of the rolls to your fundraising supporters. Just let us know in your Fundraising Agreement Form the date, time and location of pick up and we will include that in your personalized website. We definitely recommend getting a roll or two for yourself to enjoy! Host a fundraiser for a cause important to you!

FAQs

  • You can easily increase your sales by adding online ordering to your fundraiser. Adding online ordering allows you to share a link to your customers and they do the rest!

  • Once your online store is up and running, all they do is go to www.audreyspumpkinrolls.net/supportafundraiser, click the desired organization, select the products they wish to purchase by adding them to the cart, click checkout, put in credit card information and submit the order. We take care of baking and preparing the products and delivering them to your designated pick up location. No need to mess with papers and turning them in!

  • Once a customer orders online, we receive their order, fulfill it and keep it frozen with your overall order until the time and date of your scheduled delivery.

  • Your money will be credited to your account and sent to you when we receive your final order. Earnings are determined based on the profits of your sales. (Profits can be determined in the Fundraiser Agreement Form)

  • You sure can! Online ordering has many benefits, but we understand that sometimes paper forms work too. If you would like to use both online ordering and paper forms, or just paper forms, please make the appropriate selection in the Fundraiser Agreement Form. In the form, there is a place to request a number of order forms. Please fill out how many paper order forms you will need with your fundraiser.

  • This is completely up to you. You can sell paper only, or online only, or both paper and online. Just let us know in the Fundraiser Agreement Form.

  • We charge a fee for orders that we have to deliver based on obtaining a combined minimum order of $1650 and mileage from our location, to your desired delivery location. See the chart and map at the bottom of this page. We do not directly ship to customers. Customers will have to pick up their orders from a location of your choosing.

  • No, we do not ship orders directly to the customer. When your fundraiser customers order online, they will need to pick up their orders at your delivery location on the date and time of your choosing.
